interested individuals (founding initiative)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informing participants about the establishment of the community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending invitations to events, workshops, conferences, and online meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing updates about publications, newsletters, and community activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing future membership registration and organizational structure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal Basis for Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing is based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 6(1)(a) GDPR \u2013 Consent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By signing or submitting your data, you explicitly agree to the processing of your personal information for the purposes described above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Categories of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may collect the following data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First name and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization or company (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date and signature (for paper-based registration)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) are processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Retention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data will be stored for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the community is formally established within this period, data may be transferred to the official organization and further processed under a separate membership agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the initiative is not continued, all data will be deleted unless legal obligations require longer retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipients of Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access is strictly limited to individuals involved in the founding initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If external service providers are used in the future (e.g., email newsletter services), they will be bound by data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Data Transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At present, no transfer of personal data to third countries outside the EU\/EEA is intended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should such services be used in the future, appropriate safeguards
